Have you received the wrong article or is the device faulty and would you like to register a warranty claim? Use the returns form to process this quickly and simply.

1. Please download our returns form.
   If you have already registered, some fields in the form will be completed automatically. Please check that this data is correct.

2. Please complete the form in full and sign it.

3. Wrap the goods appropriately for dispatch in the original packaging materials and return them together with the completed and signed returns form to:

   Returns or exchanges of goods as well as warranty cases are exclusively subject to the GTC.

   Please note that we accept returns only if the postage has been properly paid in full. Once we have received the goods we will refund you the purchase price and postage immediately.
